CREDIT MANAGER (1)
Be aged between 25-35 years and possess Bachelors degree in Business Administration/ Finance/Economics and Postgraduate qualification in credit management i.e. a National Diploma or HND. Possession of the relevant master's degree, CIMA or ACCA, CPA (K) will be an added advantage. Must have risk management Skills. 5 years experience in credit management in a finance institution or a bank and Minimum 3 years in the relevant field. Experience in credit control and a working knowledge of credit law.
Duties and responsibilities: - Formulating, implementing, and ensuring compliance to credit strategies and policies, managing the microfinance credit function efficiently and effectively, risk mitigation, developing appropriated, monitoring and administration of credit performance, developing and maintaining business relationships, providing support to the branches on credit matters, overall control of the credit book, credit administration and any other duty as may be allocated by management.
MARKETING MANAGER (1)
Be aged between 25-35 years and possess Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an equivalent university degree with postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. A master's degree will be an added advantage.
Duties and responsibilities:- Formulation, development and review of marketing policies and strategies, develop and execute marketing plans, and programs, ensure effective control of marketing results and taking corrective action to achieve marketing objectives within set targets and budgets, conduct market research, intelligence and analysis, coordinate products promotional activities and events, develop and ensure implementation of effective customer care, coordinate preparation of budgets and control expenditure, prepare marketing status reports for the Management, perform any other function as may be directed by management from time to time.
OPERATIONS MANAGER (BRANCH (1)
Be aged between 25-35 years and have Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Banking or a related discipline, qualifications in Accounting or banking will be an added advantage, 3 years experience with a financial institution at a middle level, Computer literate in windows environment and relevant accounting/portfolio management packages especially ACCPAC and Emerge.
Duties and responsibilities: - Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, planning and delivering effective sales strategies and monitoring the progress of new and existing financial products, provide operational support on a day-to-day basis, develop products to satisfy the expectations and demands of customers, deal with both private and corporate customers in a regulated deposit taking Micro finance.
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (1)
Be aged between 30-35 years and possess BCOM, Business finance or it equivalent and be a CPA (K) Or ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, possess a high level of computer skills, including in-depth knowledge MS Word & MS Excel and ACCPAC knowledge of emerge will be an added advantage.
Duties and responsibilities: -Assist the head of finance in Treasury management, supervision of budget preparation, monitor and ensure control of the same, manage all aspects of company financial records, assets and liability management, Manage all aspects of the company accounting structures and processes, in charge of payment and responsible for collection and banking of revenue, responsible for annual statutory audit, responsible for Business bank account management, including bank reconciliation, responsible for writing of proposals for investment, work with the Head of Finance to develop financial control and reporting systems to meet the needs of a growing business, undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
