IPA has a branch office in Kenya to address the development needs in this region.
We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator on a contract basis, to be based in Busia.
After an initial probationary period of three months candidates are expected to make a commitment of at least 2 years with the organization.
Description of work:
The Office Administrator will be assigned several organizational and administrative tasks.
Activities include: organizing and filing documents; drafting letters to authorities and other correspondence; managing travel arrangements; editing and printing documents; writing minutes of meetings; and assisting IPA-K Management with other tasks related to general Management, Human Resource and Logistics.
Professional/Technical Skills: We are looking for an extremely well organized and detail-oriented person with excellent writing and editing skills. Proficiency in email and Microsoft Word and Excel are required. Candidates must be fluent in Kiswahili and English.
Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of relevant work experience.
