To achieve its mandate the Authority utilizes highly qualified and professional personnel and is, therefore, seeking qualified candidates who can adapt to this challenging task to fill the following positions:
The Authority invites suitable Kenyan Citizens for consideration in the Kenya Revenue Authority's Graduate Trainee Programme.
This intake will be for both Revenue Officer Trainees and Border Control Officer Trainees.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an intensive training in all the theoretical and practical aspects of modern Tax Administration and managerial skills for a period of 24 months.
Applicants must be degree holders from recognized Universities preferably in the following fields:
- B.Com. (Accounting/Auditing/Business Administration options)
- B.AVB.Sc. (Economics/Statistics/Communication/Finance/Humanities)
- LIB (Taxation Law will be an advantage)
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- B.SC. in Actuarial Science
General computer skills in Windows Operating System (Windows XP and Office Suite etc), office automation tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and use of the internet will be a strong advantage.
