We supply and install a wide range of Agricultural equipment, Irrigation Systems and water solutions and Hospitality equipment. 

We are looking for self-driven individuals to fill the positions below:

Sales Engineer - Agriculture
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced presales support for Agricultural Equipment’s
  • Provide a lead role in the after sales support for our customers
  • Present solutions to client
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners & Clients
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • University Degree in Agricultural Engineering
  • 5 years relevant experience in sales and maintenance of agricultural machinery
  • Experience in technical presales will be an added advantage
Sales Engineer - Irrigation
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced presales support for Irrigation solutions to customers
  • Provide a lead role in the after sales support for our customers
  • Present irrigation solutions to customers
  • Marketing of irrigation solutions (overhead and drip irrigation) and green house structures
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners & customers
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • University Degree in Agricultural/ Irrigation Engineering
  • Experience in technical presales will be an added advantage
  • Any further qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years experience in Selling Irrigation Solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and manage teams
Sales Executives - Hospitality
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Formulating, articulating and implementing appropriate and effective sales strategies
  • Prepare a weekly sales plan on how to achieve the target sales for the region
  • Overseeing the effective management of client relationships, interfacing with key client personnel, screening inquires and ensuring delivery of quality service to clients
  • Assisting in the preparation of sound business plans, sales forecasts and budgets as well as accurately measuring performance along metrics including revenues and profitability
  • Developing sales pitches for the various company products and services
  • Assisting in the timely resolution of customer issues
  • Monitoring and reviewing the performance of existing clients’ accounts
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in the field of Sales and Marketing
  • At least 4-5 years experience in marketing in commercial sector 2 years of which should be selling Hospitality related Amenities and Accessories
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A proven record of meeting sales targets.
  • An individual with a wide network of business contacts
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Must be a strong “People Person” with excellent communication skills; and a positive persuasive personality.
Technician - Hospitality
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, installation and commissioning of machines
  • Carry out repairs for machine breakdowns.
  • Visit assigned clients on a regular basis to do preventive maintenance on the machines
  • Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements.
  • Document service and installation actions
Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • A degree in electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a related sector
  • Proven ability to deliver successfully on projects
  • Willingness to travel and work in a local, regional and global market set up
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
