Trade Developer Representatives Jobs in Kenya

Our client is seeking to recruit trade developer representatives to implement sales and customer service plans so as to deliver area targets and provide market intelligence.

Salary: 12k + commissions
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and management of agents.
  • Retention and training of agents
  • Assessment and ascertainment of agents, route and beat plan.
  • Brand sale representative
  • Performance monitoring of agents and management
  • Planning and delivering monthly, weekly and daily sales targets
  • Coordinating collection of sales proceeds within the approved terms of trade
  • Identifying opportunities and negotiating for incremental business
  • Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 6months experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • High customer orientation
