We welcome applications for Admin Assistant intern position for our Nairobi Offices.

 Duties and Responsibilities.

Reporting to the Operations manager the successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Deals  with company telephony and email enquiries   
  • Demonstrating products to the customers in office and therefore   
  • Maintains the product demo   
  • Coordinating office welfare   
  • Bearer of staff and visitors books
  • Involved in online sales.
  • S/he is the face of the company and so maintain necessary decorum at all levels.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Related fields from recognized institution.
  • Willing to work in renewable energy environment startup company.
  • Fluent in spoken/written English and Swahili
  • Age above 24years.
  • Computer literate Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint
