Job Title: Brand Manager
 
Role Introduction: Our client, a leading multinational within FMCG, seeks to engage and hire a Brand Manager. 

The professional will responsible for delighting target consumers, building strong brands and generating strong brand building results.

Role Profile
 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and updating consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for his/her brand;
  • Activating Brand Essence and Vision;
  • Contributing to category strategy by defining desired relative price and providing recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy;
  • Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment;
  • Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands;
  • Developing engagement strategies and the creation of relevant & memorable brand experiences;
  • Working with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image.

Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration;
  • Minimum of 5 (Five) years’ experience in Marketing and One (1) in another function preferably Sales:
  • Marketing experience within a MNO FMCG organisation with demonstrable results;
  • Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
