Job Summary: Our client an FMCG seeks to recruit a BDM who will be responsible for leading the sales plans with a major focus on growing the business with retailers and distributors. 

The incumbent will gain competitive advantage and improve business performance. 

 
Typically, you will manage a team whilst achieving your personal goals and monthly sales targets that will ultimately drive growth for the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Grow the business and make it profitable.
  • Meet and exceed set team and self-targets
  • Cost management and efficiency ratio as required
  • Employ all the necessary sales and marketing strategies including customer service to grow business.
  • Create awareness, attract and retain Business.
  • Adopt a customer relationship management approach.
  • Grow active customers in line with the business plan/projection.
  • Business process improvement systems.
  • Supervise, manage and recruit Business Development Officers and sales team.
  • Ensure Monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.
  • Contribute to and take a proactive role in strategic direction of the business.  
  • Provide leadership in business development and operations in the respective.
Experience Required and Skills
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • Over 5 Years’ experience as a BDM in a busy FMCG
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must possess excellent administrative, customer service, public relations, and analytical skills necessary to enhance the overall operation.
  • Decisive and accommodating
