FMCG Industry Accountant, Distribution Representative / Rider and Sale Supervisor Jobs in Kenya

We seek to recruit mature and dedicated persons for an FMCG industry in Kenya for the following vacancy.
 
Accountant
  • Ensuring the General ledger is well posted and reconciled on a monthly basis
  • Supervising accountants and ensuring their reports are submitted in a timely manner
  • Monitor and control the credit limits for authorized credit customers.
  • Ensure a fixed asset register is maintained
  • Ensure timely financial statements and reports are prepared and external audit process is done on time.
  • Ensure all taxes and statutory payments are paid on time and all documents and records are properly filled and labeled
  • Ensure loan accounts and balance sheet are properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • Have a CPA (K), Bachelor degree in B.Com/BA (Finance/Accounts)
  • Must have at least 3 and above years in similar Chief Accountant role within FMCG Industry, Beverage industry will be an added advantage.
  • Aggressive, ambitious and result — oriented individual with proven ability to lead a sales team in generating revenue against set targets.
  • Has Leadership capability and able to work for long hours
Distribution Representative / Rider
  • Responsible for direct sales of goods while ensuring full coverage of assigned markets.
  • Maintaining good relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensuring achievement and tracking of set sales targets.
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules, stocking levels, FIFO as well as brand mix.
  • Evaluating market trends and reporting the same to the Sales & Distribution Manager.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • Must be aged above 24 years preferably male. 
  • Minimum C in KCSE with C in English and mathematics; two years in sales and driving experience.
  • Valid certificate of Good conduct & Must have KCPE & KCSE result slip and leaving Certificate.
Sale Supervisor
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
  • A diploma/degree in marketing or other related field with 2-3 years of experience.
  • A valid driving license
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Has Leadership capability and able to work for long hours.
