ICAP Invitation to Bid for Provision of Vehicle Leasing Services (50 Short-Term and 71 Long-Term)

ICAP of Columbia University is working in partnership with the Ministry of Health to implement a Kenya Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (KENPHIA) Survey across 47 counties in Kenya.
 
The KENPHIA Survey will assess the impact of HIV treatment at a population level by measuring the number of new infections, the prevalence of HIV and HIV viral load suppression. 

 
This program is part of US Government initiative against HIV in Kenya that receives funding from PEPFAR through CDC.
 
ICAP invites interested bidders for the provision of vehicle leasing services, (both long term & short term) which can access different terrains across the 47 counties.
 
Short Term leasing for a period of 40 days (mid-September - end of October 2017, we need 50 vehicles Toyota Prado’s, hard body Toyota Land cruisers or SUV 4X4, 5 seater) together with drivers.

Long Term leasing for a period of 7 months (commencing 1st February 2018 to 30th September 2018). We need 71 vehicles (8 seater, hard body, elongated Land Cruiser, double cabin pickup or SUV 4X4 and Tour Vans, 8 seater inclusive of drivers). Company must have a Vehicle Service Center that operates 7 days a week or has a contract/agreement with other major Service Centres across the 47 Counties in Kenya.

The prequalification document should be completed as per the instructions given and dropped in the tender box at ICAP Offices, CVS Plaza 5th floor, at the junction of Lenana and Kasuku Road, Hurlingham, to be received before or on 31st July 2017 at 2.00pm. 

Completed pre-qualification documents should be in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked with the category being applied for and addressed to:

Tenders will be opened on 1st August 2017 at 9.30 am. 

Bidders or their representatives wishing to attend the opening of the tenders are welcome to witness in the ICAP offices main meeting room at CVS Plaza 5th floor.

ICAP reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision. ICAP assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of the bids.
