Job Vacancy: Software Systems Support
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain existing applications to operate at optimal levels.
  • Maintain the computer systems of the organization
  • providing technical support to Clients onsite and offsite
  • Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
  • Constantly update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
  • Fluency in Speaking, Reading and Writing in French and English.
  • Good knowledge in Operating system.
  • Basic Knowledge in Relational databases
  • Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.
  • Knowledge of .Net and Java languages will be an added advantage
  • Basic Cisco Certification will be an added advantage.
