Sunlar solar company wishes to announce sales vacancies in the following five regions

Ø  Nyandarua county

Ø  Machakos county

Ø  Makueni county

Ø  Kajiado county

Ø  Nakuru county

 
Duties and Roles of a Sales Team Leader
  • Assist sales manager to increase sales through modern techniques.
  • Successful candidates shall assist  spearhead the company sales objectives.
  • In consultation with the management, develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Aids in generating and sharing comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Work together with colleagues from other departments to improve efficiency and overall service delivery.
  • Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to each sales staff.
  • Making if need be, a regular follow up on the key company customers
  • In liaison with company management should help in appraising performance of sales staff; give suggestions, reward or award punishment and offer proposals on dismissal of personnel where applicable.
Requirements
  • An outstanding supervisory experience with excellence communication and negotiating skills.
  • Indicate clearly the region/county you wish to work from
  • Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.
  • Ability to initiate and mentor a sales team
  • Two years sales experience.
  • Computer literacy is MANDATORY.
