We are seeking to recruit a Business Support Executive
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
Business Development
  • Responding to all incoming requests for our services and efficiently converting the enquiries into business income
  • Making professional follow- ups with clients
  • Responding to client enquiries in a detailed and professional manner while taking time to understand and digest client communication to ensure drafting of correct and appropriate responses
  • Coordinating business meetings for the MD with Clients
  • Coordinating and liaising with relevant company departments to ensure response to clients with the necessary documents requested by clients
  • Customizing B2B contracts for incoming clients in close consultation with the MD.
  • Conduct business intelligence research and present weekly data analysis to inform business strategy alignment
Administrative Support
  • Handle communications on behalf of the Directors including daily maintenance of digital diary, arranging/accepting meetings and telephone calls. Maintain and manage diaries and meeting commitments
  • Offer secretarial meeting support as required; i.e. Monthly Business Review minutes, and any other as requested
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Procurement process- ensure 3 quotations are received and filed to justify decision to select a certain vendor over the others and the records filed/Locked in the archives
  • Ensure cost savings on all procurement including errands and office items
Expatriate Services Relocation Support
  • Manage and coordinate all evolving expatriate relocation support requests including but not limited to accommodation arrangement, searching for schools, cars, orientation etc
  • Timely and efficient communication management with both clients and expatriates for smooth transition
  • Timely and efficient follow up with all stakeholders and relevant government departments to ensure smooth and successful application and renewal of special passes, work permits and dependent passes and any other required legal documents.
  • Maintain an updated SOP for immigration process.
  • Maintain and share updated schedule with HR Operations Director for all expatriate’s work permit start and expiry dates
  • Ensure all special pass/ work permit/ dependent passes etc, applications and renewals are submitted in time to maintain strong customer orientation
  • Manage and coordinate expatriate relocation requirements in the regional countries using our partners in a timely and efficient manner
Qualification and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Related Field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a busy business set up
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent Business Development skills
  •  A quick learner with good organization and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to follow through tasks to completion
  • Ability to work with speed while at the same time multi- tasking with precision.
