To this end, the following challenging positions have arisen and candidates with the requisite competencies and qualifications described below are hereby encouraged to apply.


Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Branch Managers will be responsible for the overall management of the Branch to deliver business growth and excellent customer service.

• Delivery of agreed business targets and accountability for business growth
• Building and developing a high performing team
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Managing credit and operational risk at the branch
• Effectively managing and coordinating branch resources

In order to be considered for the above position, all applicants should have:
• Good educational background. (Holders of a University Degree will have added advantage)
• At least 3-5 years proven experience in Sales, Credit and Bank operations, 2 of which must have been as a Branch Manager
• Proven track record in sales and consistently exceeding set targets
• Experience in blue-chip retail network with international and regional exposure
• Excellent Bank Product knowledge in niche market
• Versatility, flexibility, passion and commitment to quality service delivery
• Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
• Good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures


Reporting to the Manager Business Banking, the Business Bankers will be responsible for the implementation of Business Banking propositions to achieve business growth and fpr the maintenance of business portfolios within the assigned branch.

• Enhance Business Banking growth
• Sourcing for new business opportunities, especially in the line of SME's
• Managing Business Banking Portfolio
• Managing client relationships and accounts
• Initial appraisal of facilities
• Providing excellent customer service

In order to be considered for the above position, all applicants should have:
• A university degree, preferably in a business-related field from a recognized institution
• 2 years banking experience in Business Banking/Sales or Customer Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning, organizational and good analytical skills
• A good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures
• Initiative and self drive
• Experience in business development, sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage
