In order to strengthen our management team, we are seeking dynamic and result driven professionals to fill the following positions:-


The Job:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Cost & Management Accountant will be responsible for preparation of budgets, product costing, management information and Business analysis.

The candidate:

The candidate must be in possession of the following qualifications:-
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance option) Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution with a CPA (K) or such other recognized Accountants professional qualifications
  • At least 6 years working experience in a large/medium manufacturing company 3 years of which must be in a similar position.
  • Should be a person of high integrity
  • Be computer literate with excellent skills in Microsoft suite and ERP Systems
Desired Job competences:
  • A sound understanding of Management accounting principles and practices and 'hands on experience' of applying these concepts in the workplace.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to focus on results
  • A flexible, proactive approach to work with high degree of self motivation
  • Strong, character with excellent decision making ability and desire to take lead role in a dynamic business.
  • Must be numerate and have excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within very strict deadlines.
  • Willing and able to travel.

The Job
Reporting to the Stores Manager, the Depot Administrator will be in charge of all Depot Administration and Operations including Stocks Management and Control, receiving, storage, issues and dispatch including keeping all the required records and management of Staff.

  • Supervising depot operations
  • Stocks management - receiving, storage, issue and dispatch to required locations.
  • Completing and dispatching all required periodic reports to Head Office on time
  • Monitoring sales trends in his/her territory.
  • Controlling the operational expenses and budgets.
  • To carry out day to day operations and administrative duties at the Depots in liaison with the Area Sales Manager.
  • Ensuring marketing and financial targets for the depot are met.
  • Co-ordinating and monitoring external service providers and suppliers such as transporters based on service level agreement.
  • Ensuring safe custody of all company assets by taking necessary precautions and preventive measures.
The Candidate:

The candidate must be in possession of the following qualifications:-
  • Must have Bachelors Degree in Commerce or its equivalent from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 years experience in depot management
  • Must have knowledge in computers, spreadsheets, database, word processing etc.
  • Sales Experience will be added an advantage.
