Job Purpose:
The Customer Logistics Managers (CLM) will secure fulfillment of all supply related activities from the proposal to order stages, as well as related contract terms and conditions including invoicing and delivery at the agreed destination.

Specific Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure and support solutions manager to structure the BoQ in Verdi according to material restrictions and orderable products.
  • Secure that all mandatory documentation is signed by authorized persons prior to order entry (SOX requirement).
  • Plan and follow-up orders ensuring delivery according to customer/account/project request.
  • Create, maintain and communicate delivery plans per customer.
  • Inform relevant stakeholder regarding any changes in acknowledged delivery dates.
  • Prepare and send shipment notifications to customers (i.e. dispatch advice, packing specifications etc).
  • Handle order cancellations when needed.
  • Give supply related input to Core Three team throughout the complete Business Process.
Skills and Competencies
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with majors in Logistics, Procurement or Marketing.
  • CIPS or Clearing and Forwarding diploma is desirable.
  • At least 5 years experience in logistics or sales is required.
  • Good leadership & communication capabilities.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the customer's business situation.
  • Adequate financial, business and negotiation skills are required.


Job Purpose:
The Customer Project Manager (CPM) ensures that a contact for products and services is fulfilled to the satisfaction of a customer and Ericsson. To do this a CPM defines the project scope, secures the necessary resources and plans and monitors all necessary activities. During the project the CPM should normally be the lead person for add on sales.

To be successful the CPM, depending on the size of the project, is an active participant in the Core 3 team (CFR) and must engage with MU's, 3rd party suppliers, PDU's and Global Services to provide project resources.

Specific Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a project specification, which describes the overall steps, milestones and resources necessary, including a specification of the contract and the expected project outcome.
  • Establish a project budget.
  • Develop a risk management plan inclusive of risk identification and risk response plans.
  • Establish a quality management plan.
  • The Project Manager may have participated in the sales process to ensure that a contract can be executed in accordance with a preliminary timetable and budget.
  • Agree with the customer on project requirements to secure closure of projects and change control.
  • Establish a communication plan/strategy in order to meet stakeholder and customer needs and expectations.
  • Gain approval for the project from the project sponsor, based on the project specification. This is a prerequisite to initiate the establishment of the project. The project will be executed in line with PROPS/C and EBP processes.
  • Select the project members, including external contractors, which have the adequate skills and competencies to ensure that the project will deliver expected results and be completed in time and within the agreed budget.
  • Lead and control project work, on a continuous basis, by motivating and coaching the project members.
  • Continuously update line managers on progression in terms of timelines of the project to enable for the line managers to plan for the return of the project members to their ordinary positions.
  • Report the project progression to the steering group, and raise questions of concern that may jeopardize the completion of the project, or matters that may delay the project or any other issue that in any way will cause problems in securing the delivery of expected results.
  • Ensure that expected quality is delivered throughout the project.
  • The CPM is expected to propose appropriate action, in case of deviation from the project plan, to the steering group to secure that the project objectives will be. met.
Skills and Competencies
  • A university degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a Telecommunications (preferably in a Project environment).
  • Operational Managerial experience is an added advantage.
  • Business knowledge and experience in negotiations at high level are required.
  • Adequate financial knowledge and experience to be applied within Contract Fulfillment and Project Management functions.
  • Preferable knowledge in GSM/CDMA/Fixed Network technology.
  • Good inter-personal skills and self drive are required.
  • In-depth technical skills related to the subject area are an added advantage.


Job Purpose:
The main responsibility of a Sales Professional is to support the Account Manager (or Key Account Manager) and the core three team from chasing opportunities to closing contracts by executing the Ericsson Sales Process, by following our business directives (ex. Sales Directives, SoX Compliance) and by effectively using all of our sales tools.

The Sales Professional must proactively participate in selling our key offerings by preparing proposals for product / services solutions towards one or many accounts through the knowledge of sales strategies, solution key selling points, and competitor tactical business intelligence.

The Sales Professional must identify and support add-on sales opportunities during contract fulfillment as well as support in the normal day to day operations and follow-up within the Key Account.

Specific Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relations with the customer and in accordance with the Account relationship plan.
  • Contribute in the sales process management from opportunity creation to final accept and payment.
  • Provide customer requirement and competitor's activities input to KAM and Business Units.
  • Prepare tenders in line with the marketing and sales strategies and internal directives.
  • Coordination of strategies, solutions, prices and other business terms with KAM/Account Manager.
  • Provide input into the Key Account Growth Plan and responsible for maintaining/updating the plan.
  • Support in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining up to date opportunity pipeline/funnel.
  • Preparing or managing proposals, agreements and contracts of various complexities.
Skills and Competencies
  • A BSC Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Communications, Informatics or related Telecoms/IT qualification) or Degree in Economics/Business.
  • At least 2 Years in the Telecoms/IT industry and relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge about Ericsson's offering portfolio, processes and tools as well as the commercial skills necessary for sales.
  • Good understanding of financial and operational business models as well as the capacity of acting strategically to win the business.
  • The ability to learn and grow, lead others and establish strong relationships that bring business success.
  • Should have drive, openness and passion to win.
  • Ability to travel regularly is key to this role.


Job Purpose:
The Solution Architect interacts with the customer to define and provide technical, competence development solutions that enhances the customer's competitive position. The Solution Architect plans, designs and delivers solutions that improve the customer network in terms of capacity, functionality, end-user-services, and competence built up etc.

Specific Key Responsibilities
  • Specify and design a technical and/or competence developing solution in co-operation with the customer. The solution has some impact on customers' organization and processes.
  • Analyze Customer networks performance, and propose and implement solutions for network improvements.
  • Select or propose 3rd party suppliers, and decide or recommend 3rd party products included in the proposed Solution.
  • Provide specified customized solutions, covering several products and interfacing several customer systems.
  • When applicable participate as a member of Core 3 team with specialist knowledge within the subject area (solutions) so that technical aspects related to are taken into account. Identify add on sales opportunities during the delivery phase in order to contribute to increased sales volumes.
  • Follow up the delivered products and solutions on an agreed regular basis with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solution.
Skills and Competencies
  • A Master's degree in engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent theoretical background acquired through experience or in any other way.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, of which approx 2 years in the area of Solution Architect.
  • In-depth technical skills related to the subject area.
  • Possess deep knowledge about major customer's situation on the market and their technical development stage.
  • Good communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Should be able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly is key to this role.
