Position: Finance & Admin Assistant

Qualifications:
Degree, CPA and computer qualifications
 
Relevant experience and areas of work:
 
- Daily accounting work, postings and reconciliations
 
- Assisting in procurement work
 
- Assist in reporting, weekly, monthly and annual reporting

Competencies:
  • Good report writing and reporting skills, conversant with financial reports-preparation and interpretation
  • Good ability to manage day to day postings, ability to work under pressure and deliver within agreed deadlines
  • Good grasp and knowledge on procurement
  • Keen to detail
  • Good IT knowledge
  • High integrity and flexibility levels
