We are recruiting for the following high caliber individuals to join our team of health care professionals.
Registered Clinical Officer – Ophthalmology
The ophthalmic Clinical Officer will be responsible for the following:
  • Daily Clinical assessment and prescription for all patients attending the eye health unit.
  • Provide consultation at the eye clinic
  • Diagnose, manage and conduct cataract surgeries as required
  • Take part in planning and participating in surgical eye camps
  • Ensure that all assessment and treatments provided are properly documented
Qualifications, Knowledge, Technical Skills and Abilities:
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
  • Higher Diploma in clinical Medicine
  • Registered with Clinical Officers Council
  • Minimum of 1year work experience
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skill.
Registered Clinical Officer ENT
The ENT clinical officer will be responsible for the following:
  • Participate in the health care needs of patients with ENT issues that are admitted to the wards (including consults from other services).
  • Do clinical care rounds each morning (Monday – Friday) on assigned adult or pediatric ward patients, working in close liaison with the ENT consultant.
  • Perform procedures that are pertinent to the care of ENT patients.
  • Participate in seeing Outpatients presenting with problems affecting their ears, nose & throat and also consults from other specialties.
  • Occasional participation in General Outpatient Care duties when required.
  • Participate in regular audit meetings and present ENT data as scheduled.
  • Provide regular brief Continuing Education sessions for nursing staff on wards in matters related to care of ENT patients.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Technical Skills and Abilities:
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Surgery, plus specialty training (Higher National Diploma) in Ear, Nose & Throat Medicine.
  • Desire to see St Theresa’s Mission Hospital clinical and educational teams fulfill their purposes.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience.
Renal Nurse
Minimum Qualification
  • Higher Diploma in Renal Medicine
  • At least Six Months relevant experience in a busy renal unit
  • Ability to work in renal unit.
  • Consistence good performance.
Critical Care Nurses

The critical Care Nurse will be responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of professional nursing care to meet the needs of critically ill patients and their families.
Will participate actively in decision making related to patient care and will ensure that the safety, dignity and respect of patients are maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualification
  • Higher Diploma in Critical Care.
  • At least Six Months relevant experience in a busy ICU.
  • Ability to work in ICU/HDU.
  • Consistence good performance.
  • Hold a valid practicing license.
Kenya Registered Community Health Nurses / BcSN
Minimum Qualification
  • Diploma in KRCHN/ Bachelor Holders in Nursing.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Valid practicing License.
  • KRCHN with diploma in specialized areas (Pediatrics, Theatre,and Maternity) is an added advantage.
Community Oral Health Officer
Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma In Community Oral Health
  • Minimum of 1year’ experience post qualification in a busy dental department.
Clinical Therapist / Counselor / Pyschologist
Clinical psychologists will use psychological therapies and procedures to help clients overcome a range of problems including depression, addiction, anxiety, challenging behavior, neurological disorders, serious and permanent mental ill health
  • Assessing clients' behavior and needs through observation, interviews and psychometric tests
  • developing, administering and monitoring appropriate treatment therapies and strategies
  • undertaking research
  • writing reports
  • Providing support and advice to the clients.
  • Assisting clients to make positive changes to their lives (this includes both patients relatives and staff.)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma in Clinical Counseling/ occupational Therapy.
  • Degree in Clinical Counseling/ Psychology is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Should possess Good communication and listening skills.
