Fresh Life Field Sales Representative Job in Kenya

Fresh Life is looking for a qualified Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team on a full-time basis.

Who we are: Sanergy is an award-winning social venture that builds healthy, prosperous communities by making safe sanitation accessible and affordable in Africa’s urban informal settlements. 

Our systems-based approach to solving the sanitation crisis involves 3 critical steps: we build a dense network of high-quality sanitation facilities — Fresh Life Toilets — franchised to residents in the community. 

We collect the waste regularly and safely remove it from the community. Finally, we convert the waste into valuable agricultural inputs, which we sell to Kenyan farmers.

About the role

Fresh Life Sales team is responsible for the acquisition of customers through executing the sales process; lead identification, managing presentations and the whole sales pipeline through to launch. 

The purpose of the role will be to drive strategic growth in specific communities within Fresh Life's operational areas, through data-based innovation in sales and community engagement strategies.

A typical day for you might include the following
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to formulate sales strategy
  • Lead the execution of sales strategy to meet sales targets
  • Formulate and lead continuous process improvement and strategy
  • Monitor and document learning from ongoing sales
Skills and qualifications you’ll need 

  • Work experience in informal settlements context and experience in community relations work
  • Diploma in Sales, Community development or related courses
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-reliant person, able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good analytical skills
