Agile and Harmonized Assistance for Devolved Institutions (AHADI), a USAID and DFID funded project is inviting applications from interested eligible Kenyan Consulting Firms to support the National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) to roll out the Ending Drought Emergencies (EDE) / Common Program Framework (CPF) at national and county levels in Kenya.
 
 
The proposed work will provide technical assistance in Turkana, Isiolo, Marsabit, Garissa, Wajir and Mandera counties, on in-county results coaching, mentoring, and performance management aimed at improving the quality of services provided by the counties, and at strengthening the Ending Drought Emergency (EDE) coordination and delivery structures at county and national levels. 

It will assist county governments to align EDE framework performance indicators to county performance management frameworks and guidelines.

C. Title of the Initiative: Research Foundation for the State  University of New York (RF SUNY) is seeking a Consulting Firm to support  the National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) to roll out the Ending  Drought Emergencies (EDE) at national  and county levels in Kenya.
 
D. Closing Date of Receipt of Proposals: 19th June, 2017 not later than 4.00 p.m. local time
