Summary: Our client is a growing BTL Agency is looking to hire a General Manager Uganda.
Job Objective: The Role oversees and manages all the Organization’s key functions. It involves overseeing customer service, sales and marketing, distribution, internal operations (processes, human resources, procurement, and sound financial management).  

The holder will influence, provide leadership and develop a team that work towards a common goal. 

He/ She will gives guidance to all staff to ensure that all activities target the organizations overall strategy.

The role requires an independent minded individual who can instantly make decisions that are beneficial to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:   
  • Prepare annual budgets
  • Lead in year on year strategy and formulation an implementation plan
  • Oversee and grow the company culture
  • Revamp the sales and marketing tools of the organization.
  • Grow the company’s profitability to 70% of the gross income before
  • Manage personnel, personal growth, and implement policies and procedures which are beneficial to the organization
  • Recommend a strategy that will motivate and improve everyone’s output
  • Involve the organizations staff in Community Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
  • Continuously report to the Managing Director on the status of the organizations daily activities as agreed.
Qualifications, Training and Experience:
  • MBA (Strategic Management Option or Marketing)
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a BTL Organization
  • Strong Computer and  Presentation skills
