ARK Real Estate, a leading Real Estate company in Kenya is looking for vibrant, outgoing, goal oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through various methods of prospecting.
  • Follow up on existing and new leads.
  • Contact property owners and sell company services.
  • Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
  • Participate in marketing events such as hypes, activations, workshops, trade shows/fairs or promotion campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
  • Contact and pitch to new customers/prospects.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with the marketing, listing, lease and sale of property including agreements with external parties.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Maintain a database with appropriate information regarding the prospects.
  • Be up to date with the company products and services.
  • Effectively communicate with existing and prospective clients regarding the status of various projects.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property.
  • Coordinate preparation of offer letters and agreements.
  • Stay up to date with market conditions which include prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters.
  • Promptly give feedback to management on clients concerns.
  • Develop networks of lawyers, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.
  • Prepare reports, daily work records and sales prospects summaries showing full activity and follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 3 years in a sales position; experience in the industry is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and a high level attention to detail
  • Customer centric
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
