Background information: Unites States African Development Foundation (USADF) provides grants to African organizations and enterprises that increase economic opportunities among the underserved communities in Africa. 

USADF launched the Turkana Food Security Program in March 2011 and has since funded twenty-four organizations involved in agriculture, fishing, livestock and micro-credit. 

The grants provide people with the opportunity to engage in the development process and gain food security, economic, and social benefits. USADF grants respond to applicants’ requests by actively engaging the local community group or enterprise in the design and implementation of the grant activities. 

This ensures that outcomes will best address the real community needs. USADF measures grant success in terms of jobs, increased production and income levels and improved social conditions.

CEZAM and Associates Ltd., an accounting and business development consultancy firm, is the local partner for USADF in Kenya, responsible with providing direct technical assistance and support to grassroots groups who are recipients of USADF grants. 

The partnership ensures that grantees have access to the support services they need to successfully plan and implement their development activities at the grassroots level.
CEZAM and Associates Ltd now requests sealed proposals from suitably qualified service providers to submit proposals for provision of leased office space and parking facilities for CEZAM and Associates limited offices.

CEZAM and Associates limited is looking for an office space and secure parking facilities in a secure environment and located in Kanamkemer ward or in the outskirt of Lodwar CBD at a cost of not exceeding Kes.60,000 per month.

The proposed office space should have the following:
  • Generally not older than fifteen (15) years or which has had a major renovation
  • With at least four rooms outside of the Kitchen
  • Fitted with a kitchen
  • Continuous water supply 
  • Minimum of two (2) cubicles per ablution facility for both males and females and make provision for people with disabilities.
  • High quality modern finishes,
  • Air conditioning,
  • Adequate onsite parking for a minimum of four vehicles,
  • A good quality lobby finish,
  • Adequate safety and security.
The bidder should allow the CEZAM and Associates limited brand signage to be visible to the public. The Signage within the building must be allowed to be both mounted/fitted and/or movable

All RFP documents must be sealed in a clearly marked envelope and deposited into the tender box at the CEZAM and Associates limited Lodwar Office, Mama Mzungu road Lumpy bumpy road Nawoitorong or emailed to [email protected] and a copy to [email protected] Not later than 1500 hours September 20th, 2017.
