Multinational Real Estate Company Sales Manager Job in Kenya

A leading multinational real estate company is looking for suitable candidates in Kenya.

The company is running property investments projects, property, facility management and Agency business.

The company seeks to recruit

Real Property Sales Manager

 
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
  • Carry out selling, letting, of the property
  • Planning and carrying out the marketing campaign to attract potential buyers to the property and managing all enquiries
  • Taking prospective buyers to properties and conducting viewings
  • Publishing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
  • Administering and securing the disposal and acquisition of property and ensuring that it is completed legally
  • Acting as a go-between for the company, owner and the buyer, assisting with their negotiations to reach an agreed sale price for the property
  • Act on behalf of the owner and company until the property is legally transferred to the new owner
  • Identify business opportunities that will increase sales volume, market share and profitability.
  • Handle company’s inquiries and solve any complaints promptly and in good time.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Have good understanding of the Kenyan real estate market.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate
  • A holder of at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing from a reputable university.
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Highly confident and able to deal easily with clients.
  • Good selling and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Strong client management and good presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership Skills.
