We are inviting candidates for the following position:
Sponsorship Coordinator (Kenya Country Office - Kwale) 
1 Position
The purpose of this role is to oversee and coordinate sponsorship activities and ensure they are compliant to organizational policies & guidelines. 

S/he will supervise approximately 5 Sponsorship Officers and 2 Sponsorship Clerks. 

The role will support the team in establishing long lasting relationships with National Offices, sponsors, sponsored families and other local implementation partners. 

S/he will uphold Plan's Core Values, promote Plan Purpose, programme principles (transparency, gender equality and diversity), to enhance programme impact. 

Ensure modelling of Plan’s values and behavior’s among all sponsorship staff and be committed to child protection and respect for human rights.
