Job Vacancy: Field Office Administrator

The Field office administrator will be in charge of ensuring smooth running of the Githunguri office and field operations. 

They will support the team in achieving the organization’s goals.

Their technology converts a wide range of organic waste types and volumes into methane gas and organic fertilizer.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Manage Githunguri office.
  • Manage inventory reports with the technical lead.
  • Maintain a positive office environment.
  • Maintain installation supplies.
  • Assist both the sales and marketing department to develop and implement new strategies and partnerships.
  • Monitor the loan portfolio and assist with payment collection on the phone as needed.
  • Handle per diem and reimbursement reports.
  • Proactively support any employee to ensure they are efficient in the field.
  • Prepare documentation for technicians and sales team.
  • Update CRM tools as required.
  • Be a professional company representative at all time.
Does this sound like you?
  • 2-3 years’ experience in administration and office management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
