Personal Assistant Job in Kenya

Our client in dairy industry is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant to join their dedicated team.

Key responsibilities
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, take notes or dictation at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
  • Attending to visitors at all levels of seniority, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for the CEO.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Academic qualification, Experience & Personal Attributes:
  • Minimum Diploma/HND in: Business Administration, Management and Secretarial studies.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to research, digest, analyses and present material clearly and concisely;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative;
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
