Overall Job Responsibility: Managing business development and client accounts at the assigned branch through effective marketing channels and customer service.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or social sciences.
- Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing or any other marketing professional qualification an added advantage
- At least 4 years working experience in a similar role – preferably in a microfinance/bank/insurance/ or related sector.
- Over 25 years
- Good in using Microsoft office applications- word, excel, publisher and PowerPoint
- Must have people management skills
- Should demonstrate ability to maintain key accounts for the clients
- Able to conduct in house training for the sales team
- Must have good problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a large sales team
- Must be result oriented- able to meet set targets on weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and sustain customer loyalty and retention programs within the assigned branch.
- Ability to demonstrate sound decision making and judgment capabilities, integrity, resilience and self-driven.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact with people from diverse background.
