Business Development Manager Job in Nairobi Kenya

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Salary:
50,000k NET

Job Location: Nairobi

Key Responsibilities;
  • They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
  • They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Develop new business and revenue stream.
  • To prioritize coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results.
  • To coordinate the involvement of sales supports personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers’ expectations are met.
  • Proactively inspect sales activity and effort among sales associates, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Works with market management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team.
  • Any other duty assigned.
Qualifications and Skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales in a business to-business sales environment.
  • Must be a go getter.

  • A mentor and a good communicator
  • Target driven and highly self-motivated
