Job Vacancy: Creative Executive
We are a novel sports betting company way on its way to becoming an industrial maverick.  We don’t have Teams we have Tribes. 

Each Tribe is made up of small, agile and autonomous squads who work collaboratively with a shared purpose. 

You will work with a group of people with raw energy, natural talent, and the kind of spirit that helps us think big, act bold, and change the game.

We need a dedicated creative executive who can create interesting, innovative business solutions. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to shape your creative world through words, design, media, and interaction. 

You will also demonstrate that you have power over your skills, and that you can push yourself to the top of your creative game.

What you will do as a Creative Executive
  • Collaborating with the Communications and marketing team to develop branding and promotional strategies.
  • Working in tandem with key operational roles to identify and create new methodologies for comprehensive and granular distributions that accurately reflect the value of products over a wide variety of media.
  • Develop overall concept and ideas for photo shoots and creative designs for ads and promotional material.
The Person
  • A demonstrated background in creative development and management.
  • Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific projects.
  • Good taste, maturity and focus is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic/ever-changing environment.
  • A positive and flexible attitude.
  • Demonstrated use of new tech and Greenfield thinking to take our betting and gaming experiences to the world.
  • Take photos for events/special days as they arise for the purpose of posting to social media.
  • Work with the marketing and content teams to develop overall concept of piece(s), desired look, purpose, etc.
  • Create ads, brochures or other promotional material.
  • Create a cohesive look for all marketing/promotional materials within a given campaign or time span so each piece, while looking unique, will coordinate for branding purposes.
  • Maintain design of and order all company branded assets and documents.
  • A degree in design or a relevant business degree.
  • A professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • At least five (5) years professional working experience in a comparable environment is a MUST.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop or other design software as needed.
  • Strong understanding of photography and design for marketing purposes.
  • Sound experience of how to structure and optimize content for web.
