Marketing Administrator Job in Nairobi Kenya

Job Vacancy: Marketing Administrator 

Location: Nairobi Kenya 

Salary: Ksh.10,000 - 15,000 + Commission

Responsibilities
  • In charge of filing and arrangement of office documents
  • provide administrative support in events co-ordination i.e. arranging preparatory meetings for tradeshows and seminars.
  • Responsible for booking meetings and co-ordinating travel arrangements for the Director
  • Prepare the agendas for meetings
  • Create and assembly marketing materials for the business.
  • Assist with digital marketing of company product
Job qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or any related course
  • At least 2 years of experience serving in the same capacity
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Be attentive to details
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Must portray strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery
