Procurement Project Manager Job in Kenya

Job Title: Procurement Project Management

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Planning, developing and managing all procurement and contractual aspects related to the category, which include but not limited to construction, major turn-key projects and architecture
  • Stakeholder management through analyzing and evaluating procurement requests and ensuring appropriateness of technical specifications.
  • Developing, preparing, structuring, negotiating and managing diverse, complex high-value contracts
  • Coordinating all phases of negotiations with all concerned parties, including the negotiation of disputes arising from contracts
  • Developing, monitoring and implementing the Category Strategy finely-tuned to be in sync with the organization’s holistic annual operating plan.
Added advantage:
  • Degree in relevant field
  • 3-5 years’ experience on procurement project management.
  • Engineering background
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • CIPs or procurement qualification
